• Early return may qualify you for a special discount on your next rental.

After your rental ends, you must send a video proof showing:

• The account has been logged out, and
• The account has been deleted from your console.

This step is mandatory for processing future rentals.

• Always notify us when you stop playing or complete your game.
• This helps us ensure seamless service and maintain your eligibility for future deals.

• Game swaps are not allowed during an active rental.
• If you want to switch to another game, request early completion and avail a discount on your next game.

• All permanent games come with a 12-month warranty.
• If you face any lock/access issues during this time, we will provide support, and if necessary, offer a replacement or fix.

• Games are licensed for one device only.
• Account sharing, re-login on a second device, or unauthorized transfer will void the warranty.

• The game is tied to the platform you chose (PS4 or PS5).
• Switching platforms (e.g., PS4 to PS5) is not permitted, and licenses cannot be transferred.

• Do not delete or alter the game/account files from your console.
• If the account is removed before the warranty ends, support and warranty coverage become void.
